Then it's over to you
Once the tenant moves in, you handle rent collection, maintenance and renewals. If you later want more support, you can upgrade to rent collection or fully managed at any time.

Tenant find is a one-off service, so it costs less overall, but you take on the ongoing work and legal responsibility yourself.
